Shipping Carriers
Currently, we ship our products within Australia only.
When you get to the checkout you can choose between one of the following options:

Free Shipping (*Orders over $200.00)

Standard Shipping ($14.95 flat rate orders under $200)
- Express Shipping ($19.95 flat rate)
Express Shipping
Express shipping means priority processing of your order and the quickest available courier to your area.
*Please note additional costs apply for the Express Shipping option.
Shipping Charges (Australia)
Shipping is free for New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory residents upon checkout after you have added all your items to your shopping cart.
Alternatively there is a flat rate of $14.95 for all other states and territories of Australia for items not classified as bulky or notified by the carrier as having special conditions.
Please note that products over 1M in length or bulky items may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.
We offer a $19.95 flat rate for priority express shipping for most Australian areas. For any locations outside of these areas, shipping will be calculated using courier options at the checkout.
Please note that certain remote areas of Australia may attract an additional shipping charge in which case we will let you know as soon as possible.
Dispatch Times
As soon as you place your order, we will begin to process it straight away.
Most items will ship within 1 to 5 business days. If there are any delays we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible.
Production Items and Made To Order Products can take up to 10 business days to produce, if this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary based on your location. Once we've dispatched your order, you can expect to receive it in the following time frames:
NSW/ACT 1-3 Business Days
VIC/QLD 1-3 Business Days
SA/TAS. 4-5 Business Days
WA/NT. 7-10 Business Days
REGIONAL AREAS Additional 1-2 Business Days
* Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for orders placed on weekends and public holidays.
Whilst all care is taken to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we will take no responsibility or liability for late deliveries. As a result, it is advisable to not book your electrician for the installation of your lights until they have physically arrived at your premises.
