Our products are produced using market leading materials which allow us to offer a lifetime crystal, structural & electrical warranty on all Lighting Creations Crystal Chandelier products as well as a market leading lifetime frame finishes warranty (must be installed indoors as directed).
So what does this mean:
We replace any broken crystals or parts over the chandelier’s lifetime and if required the unit itself.
If an issue with the internal wiring of the chandelier is present, then a repair or replacement maybe required.
It is the consumers responsibility to arrange and pay for any labour to maintain the chandelier after installation
The chandelier must be installed and comply with the Australian Electrical Code
